everything so yeah price-wise it's the way to go and it's all you know it's all hormone free the only thing they give cows and those special farms is just vaccines for diseases but everything else is you know no hormones or GMOs or and I bought grass beds because it's better for you. Green Fred does taste a little better I'll say that but grass beds looks to be better for you my wife doesn't like the taste of the grass bed so anyway that was the that was a problem with that we we got we went in with somebody one time and we split it and she just didn't like the taste but anyway I didn't mind it it wasn't bad at all really but I know what you mean the grain bed does much better
