light icon on the front panel in the upper right hand corner? Do you have the UV5R mini or do you have the mini5 with the actual flashlight icon? So do you say 5R mini? The box says 5R mini. If you take the battery off the back it says 5R mini. The turn, the flashlight on and off is this button right below the display that's kind of a broken square with a line to the middle. So it's got like just the corners of the square and a line to the middle. I have no idea what that's supposed to mean. But if you push that, you think, well, oh maybe, I'm pushing that and it's not doing anything. But I swear, it's not.
