The technology has been there for a long time and just the cost has never made sense until recently. The more expensive it gets, the higher people, the more automational circuits take the number where it can. That's just the way most industries are going to go over the next century. But there are always speed-beats for people. It's just that they are always trying to find ways to minimize what cost money and people always want to know the same item. Now, for the one part that you hit on there, you're finding the people. Finding the people can do this stuff anymore. That's the trick. My wife owns a cheap job and that's always the same thing. It's hard to find people that want to do this stuff.
