We've got another rehearsal tonight. We've got our backyard concert next week. So we're closing in on it. You know, a little polishing here and there. It never hurts. And actually the most exciting thing. Besides that, I'm going to attempt making a carrot. I call it carrot cake, but basically a carrot cake bread. You know, I don't like all that cream cheese icing. It just makes things too sweet. So basically I'm making the cake recipe in a bread pan. I've been experimenting, trying different breads. I think this is the fifth or sixth different home dessert bread, if you will.
