Again. Yeah, thank you. This time I'm watching the notes, see if I drop out for some reason. Well, I don't know where I lost it, but I guess one of the exciting things today is I'm going to be making carrot cake slash bread. It's basically carrot cake without the cream cheese, frosting baked in a bread pan. I've been experimenting with dessert breads lately. This is my fifth or sixth in a row of experiments.
