the family last night for dinner and it was pretty tasty. I ate too much. God, too much. I had a, you know, I could have had like half the size of the beef that I consumed and I would have been just fine. So I needed to continue reducing the quantity of food that I consumed. But it was like, well, it was the first actual beef beef that I did for the season. So, alright, so. But that's enough of that stuff. Less. Lesser is more. B-well, B-save, you know, we don't have the giant heat wave that the rest of the country seems to be going through, which is like good. I guess that's a good thing. But anyway, don't burn.
