and the family last night for dinner. It was pretty tasty. I ate too much. God, too much. I could have had half the size of the beef that I consumed, and I would have been just fine. So I needed to continue reducing the quantity of food that I consumed. And it was like, well, it was the first actual beef beef that I did for this season. But that's enough of that stuff. Less is more. B well, be safe. We don't have the giant heat wave that the rest of the country seems to be going through, which is like good. I guess that's a good thing. But anyway, don't burn.
