The problem we had was a lot of the orders that were placed, the notes section where you include your call sign and stuff like that didn't get sent with the orders for some reason. So, people have been receiving their radios and their call sign is not programmed into it or something or the handband part is added because their call sign didn't go through and that can literally be fixed in minutes.
