And deep priors were incredibly expensive, so most people, at least around here, it was common to see a fat pot on the stove. Well, I went and I turned that stove on at 2 o'clock in the morning, and that grease got fire. And if it wasn't for my mom waking up to me shouting about it, the whole house probably would have burned down. So I just, I've never believed in cooking with grease, especially in a pot. I've never done it myself. I find it too dangerous. And I know deep priors are hell of a lot safer, but it's just, I mean, you're soaked in your food in absolute grease to make it, I mean, it tastes good, yes, but nah. The air fryer, I mean, you don't put any grease in it at all. It's just the starches and any kind of grease from the pre-cook of the french fries, because I mean all french fries before a frozen, I think, are like, de-starched and pre-cooked.
