ZL2CHR, ZL4IN, Alpha. ZL2CHR, you're probably used to traveling a bit. Communication from KQ4UPK in Hollywood. That was an interesting surprise on the All Star Network, wasn't it? Yeah, actually I did hear that. My name is Mike, and I'm in the South of New England also. I'm relatively new to the local scene, and I suppose I'm really trying to get back into radio. I'm currently using the eSwitch mobile client over the network, over the internet, and using All Star, and Blue Transceiver mode, so I'm being a bit modern, aren't I? Hi, hi. Roger, well it's certainly a bit more modern than getting Charlie Whiskey in a Titanic-grade spark transmitter. Hi, hi. And I'm Graham, I'm a golf player, Alpha, I have a Delta Alpha mate. And my TTH is about 50 metres to the east of Kings High School. That will give you an idea of where I am. Over. Roger, Graham. My TTH is Simon Richmond Street, and not too far away from the mobile care station there, believe it or not. So I've been retired now for 12 months plus a little bit, and I moved back to New England, to my hometown, to retire. And enjoy not having to deal with permissioned housing all the time, unless you're having a lovely time. So I'm enjoying digital modes, and I'm currently dog-walking my Labrador, who's decided to take herself on a bit of a side trip somewhere. So while I wait for her to return, I'll hit a tube, and I'm doing a bit of a shyness, so if you'll excuse my, what's the word here, Lindsay? I'm hitting the XU over. Yeah, ZL4IA, ZL2CHDR, we're on the wrong with the target branch 30, in fact we've got eight leads on, we've caught a 690 net at 730 on Sunday, so feel free to log in and join in on a more of an area. Yeah, I'm in my 70s and I've been alright since the 70s, so yeah, and don't worry about the bands, they're here for everybody. So starting stopping you from taking part, and I've got a few more minutes to wait for my Georgia load to fix you into a truck when it goes out on the line, then I'll have a 30-year brunch, then come on the bus into town and do some research at the separate lobby. What's up, is it 11 o'clock? Encloses at 4 o'clock on weekend. Over. Hi, Roger Graham. So here we are to enjoy that wonderful facility called Free Bus Transport for seniors. I actually haven't used that yet on my separate goal card thing. I think it's about time. I think they're not dog friendly though, isn't it? I've got a 12-year-old Labrador whose name is Chica, and she's still gone wandering somewhere. And I'll have to go and sort her out at some stage shortly. Just wondering Graham, how's the audio sounding using the TV switch mobile, how's that going through, over? Roger, no problem with your signal or with your audio or modulation. I've got no way to measure it, but to my untrained ear, you sound like your signal is spot on. Over. Hi, Roger Graham. That's great. It's good to hear. Well, it's one less excuse I've got to not go on the radio. I have three handhelds at home, all of which I use with hotspots. And I've got a little TV switch server and a North Starlink server. So I'm an ex-computer engineer by permission. And I did a lot of computer fixing and repair work as well as corporate. So that's my story anyway. So I'm currently on a mountain bike track off Flagstaff Road, Flat Road, just a bit shorter Flagstaff and down amongst the pines here. It's absolutely lovely, although I have to say it is cool. So grateful for my path to check it. So here, Richmond Street. I'm hoping to get back on H.E.F. at some stage. No record at the moment. But I do have an antenna ready to go. I've got a ZS6 BDA DOLM, multi-band thing, which I built. And it goes quite well. So it's sitting rolled up in this shed, waiting for me to lash out on the radio. I was very much interested in the new ZS6 BDA X1 things until I saw the price. And I became less interested. But it looks lovely. I'm a bit of a fan from here. Okay, growing your watch, it must be about done. I will actually check in tonight on 7.30. And I should even wander along to club meetings, shouldn't I? I cut my teeth at brunch 30 and a million when I was a youngster back in the 70s. So those were the days when people like Bernie Slick and Peter Johnson were very influential. I don't know who's holding the reins now, but gosh, it's a long time ago. All right, Gray, I'll let you get back to your watch and I'll be clear on your final ZL2, ZH3R, ZL4 and your Alpha. Roger that. The club meetings usually held on a Wednesday night, 7.30 arrival at 109 McCandrel Road. Fourteen o'clock starts and we'll hear all the news about what's coming up on tonight's 6.90 net.
