One of the towers had been up close to our signal strength, Antennas, attached to one of our sets down beneath. On the roof, which was a fairly large flat area, there were a couple of others. But ours was put very close to an entrance for a reason. Yes, it probably did take out some of the area we could cover, but we covered what we needed to do. But yeah, like you, I wouldn't definitely not do that without it being a floor. I'll put it that way. Maybe not got a number, but a floor. Anyway, back to your ride from G1D.
