I will say Ginger Snaps. My comment on that is, Ginger Snaps go really, really well with Port Wine. You know, that's one pairing that I would have never thought of. So OK, it does maybe have a little bite to it that the port complements. OK, do you dip them or chase? I would, I'm a chaser. You know, folks can dip, but I prefer to keep the crunch of the cookie crunchy and just let the port chase the crunchy into the cookie, complement the, you know, the spice that is in the cookie, and then the sweetness in the port is yummy.
