I appreciate it. And it was technical. They tried to do it over the air. We did a reset. We did all sorts of stuff. It wasn't taking the programming, so I had to send the radio back. So it was definitely a technical issue. And I guess Jason said he checked it personally before it was shipped out. But apparently something happened between there and here. You know how that is. So it had to go back. But no big deal. No big deal at all. Very happy with the customer service. Very happy with the quality of the sound. It blows DMR away. Not that it took that much to blow DMR away with the audio. Although some of the newer radios were a lot better on the audio. But very clear, even better than the cell phone.
