Friday. So it's blinding speed. This is exactly what I've always wanted. You know, contractors who make the contract and then get going. So we'll find out what happens with that. The latest thing though is apparently the floor in that house is what they call a floating floor. So in other words, it's put together on top of the substrate. It's not nailed down to it. So changing it out, which is starting to sound like a really good idea, might be a lot easier than we thought, a lot cheaper than we thought. But getting this house ready for market, man. Holy moly, 7,000 for paint and remediation, nine for the roof. And who knows what the floor is going to cost? Probably four or five to redo the floor inside the whole house. So then it's ready for market. God, I really hope we get our money back on this thing. Anyway, back to you.
