That's another thing that they do. In fact, you can be connected all the time without having to pull the phone out of your pocket, drain your phone battery, run an app, any of that kind of stuff. If you're out and about, you're using your cellular data plan for those apps. With this, not a concern. So it does a lot more than what your phone and your app can do. And plus, all the people you get to meet, if you like ham radio, the public channels are just like that. There's no swearing. There's no messing around. There's no insulting. Like what CB would be. These are public channels that are operated by people that may as well be hams just without the call sign. Because they're polite. They're not as polite. Curdie is welcoming just a great crowd on those public channels. And I love it. I've been using it there more than on the ham side. So the fact that do drop in is going to be added as it changes.
