And everyone on the net is going great here. We are having a wonderful day. It is sunny, 75 degrees, low humidity, and a very light west wind. It's very, very pleasant. And it's supposed to be like that tomorrow, only about 10 degrees warmer. So we'll be in the mid-80s. But still a very nice day. So we can't complain. This, for the most part, has been a great summer. We had a lousy fall, a lousy spring. So we're having a great summer to make up for it. And just glad to have the weekend here. And we're just taking it easy. And I'm just out here on the deck listening to, checking into some of the nets I usually do. And I just stopped by to say hi. So have a great day, 73.
