Yeah, adding technology to things and making them better seems to be Something I'm doing less and less of these days for exactly that reason. Oh, by the way, I was listening to K and 6WQ's audio on an HT, so I'm listening on a different radio than I normally do and This has probably been a thing for a long time, but I'm only really just now noticing That I don't know if it's on purpose, but Dan's radio has an expander on it and It's kind of Knocking off the edges of transients making it sound a little bit weird at least on this small speaker So just FYI don't know if that's meant to be a thing or not for noise reduction purposes But it's definitely reducing things anyway, Brian.
