But I want to make sure I don't turn him out. But what I've been putting off, and you mentioned it the other day, which is extremely important, is physical activity. I love to lift weights, but I stopped doing that back in the end of January. Then I'd just wait for the bad weather to go away and just didn't start up again. So what I've been wanting to do all summer is get out there and enjoy some of the trails. Now, I have a place that is known as a nature realm. It's almost directly across the street from me, but it's still a little dangerous to walk through it, which I did after open heart. But what I'm going to do is just take my car over there. But I wanted to start the day, and I said, all right, I'll wait just one more day. So if you don't hear me on the net tomorrow, which you shouldn't, that's a good thing because I'll be out walking. But what it is is they have paved paths, and they go back a decent distance. And then eventually you can go on to off trails that will take you down to a metro park. And I made the mistake of doing that four years ago just to extend a little story here because it's interesting. I got on the trail that was developed to take you down to the main trail, the main park. And I wanted to get down there, and I had done it once. And it was real easy because they had built it. It was built later. Well, I let it erode and went back to being just like a one-foot trail. Let me reset the key if I could just add just one more time, please. I'm sorry to get off. I'm getting long-winded. But let me tell you what happened. I got on this trail, and it probably – there were other people going down, but I had a stick luckily. And so, I mean, the elevation was probably about two stories and a half. It took me four hours to get to the bottom, and I was, like, really starting to get scared because there were, like, parts of the path. It would be hard, but it was, like, it was real steep, and I had to be extremely careful that I didn't fall. Or you know what could have happened. So when I got to the bottom, you know, just the way it is, I had to make my way back up. Well, let's put this one – round trip was four hours. And I was very careful. I did fall once. Luckily, I didn't get hurt. I made it back to this main building, like, where you can watch birds and stuff. And a guy that worked there saw me and realized that he said, what happened to you? Because it was a real hot summer day. And he went and got me some water, and then the actual complex closed at five. And he walked me to the end of the park a lot with me. And I told him I just lived down the street because he knew I had a day of it. And let me tell you, that was, like, a big mistake I'll never make again. But I want to walk the regular pass, but I definitely will not walk the other half. So I think I made my story long enough. But we are getting a break. We're just in the 70s. We are going to go into these low 80s tomorrow. But what I did want to pass along – and I am going to reset one more time because it's important. This is repeater station kilo, kilo seven, November, Quebec, November. We're returning. Everybody wants to watch. We're below normal temperatures in the Midwest. But by the end of next week, we will be back into more or less another heat wave. We have another round of hot weather coming. I'm just as happy because right now, to me, it's a little too chilly. But it still feels good in the morning when you get out there if you're in the direct sunlight. Once it starts to hit the 60s, which is rather rapid. But what I'm hearing is that there's probably going to be a lot of precipitation again come across different areas of the country next week. So all of those – I don't want to say anything bad, but if you're in northern Texas or north of there, watch. And then it looks like another area that's going to get hit pretty hard with preset would be, like, say, around northern Florida. Doesn't mean you will, but, you know, just be on the watch for that. And then after this next heat wave goes by, it looks like we might be in for another round of below normal temperatures. So I really wanted to get that out there. And with that, Jeanette, sorry to get so long on you. And I'll send it right back to you. N-A-D-D.
