Good morning, Jerry. WACC, how are you doing this morning? Good morning, Ryan, everybody. Oh, I'm doing fine. Still vertical. Went up on the roof this morning and washed off my solar panels. I noticed when we don't get rain that the dust and all the stuff that's in the air in our neighborhood settles on them and reduces the output. Got up and did that before the sun got up and started eating, so I feel like my day's done. This is repeater station, Kilo, Kilo 7. Well, that's one thing I would never do is climb on my roof. I promised myself once I got the roof tile inspection, when we built out, I'm never climbing up there again. So, more power to you. Well, the roof isn't particularly steep and it's all asphalt shingled, so it's no big deal. In any event, that was my big project for the day. Otherwise, just going to do little things around here.
