And we can expect to have a few days where I have set 40 degree mark Celsius, 200 degrees, 100 degrees, 100 or 3, 100 or 4, whatever. So, yeah, nowadays you really do need your conditioning even here in Portland. And you know, there's this traditional method we used to do, you know, open the windows and throw it out. That worked great back in the 80s most of the time. And, you know, for the first day or two of a heat wave, it works now. But once your house and everything warms up, you know, there's a kind of an inertia there. And once everything gets good and warms up, yeah, you're pretty screwed if you don't have air conditioning. So we have two portable room air conditioners here. And I'm guessing it probably costs about 50 bucks a month per air conditioner. Not cheap. It's not sleeping at night. It sure means getting sick and going to the hospital because you have heat stroke.
