Yeah, it sounds like it's a really great time of the year to be on the Central California coast. Oh, wow, what a place to be. But if we were all there, he'd be kind of crowded. Anyway, I actually liked living in Texas. It was a little hot for me. My first year years down here. But now that I'm in town, I'm here all the time. I'm getting used to it. It doesn't feel all that uncomfortable. There's some kind of hot. But when you get in the shade, it's really not that bad. I'm not sure that's really good. But yeah, having a climate where you don't really need any kind of air conditioning would be very advantageous. The one thing about having central air is you have that electric bill that comes along with the central air. And that's bad enough. We have electric heat. And in the wintertime, a little bit that is cold. The electric heat goes even higher than the electric air conditioning goes. It's not cheap electric wise to live here. If you're going to stay comfortable, like you can in California and other places like that.
