From a certain angle, the water is going to want to pile up on one side of the lake versus the other. So while the lake level overall is at a certain level, locally it can go up and down. And suddenly if you happen to have the luxury of living right on the lake, the lake can come visit your back door. It just depends. And some of the issues with that, of course, are shoreline erosion and inundation. Coastal property damage, so docks, boat houses, that stuff can be damaged, especially if it gets stuck below the water line, lots of problems there. Voters, they don't like to read maps. They don't look at hazards, they'll run into things. Things that have become loose, right? Things that have become loose because of the high water levels.
