And everybody on the net, this is Dean, GG7, ODB, overlooking Bitter Lake in North Seattle, although I can't really see much of the lake. Oh, I see a little bit of a shimmer from the lights. But anyway, we don't have a whole lot going on tonight. So earlier you were talking about the Simplex net, and you said something about visitors at the end. Well, actually, the Simplex net, there are no visitors. It's kind of a free for all. Usually, actually always, the net controller will usually go from A to M, do a portion of the alphabet with your suffix. So as ODB, I would be in the second half. And sometimes it's done in thirds. Anyway, yeah, so there isn't any roll call or anything like that. But yeah, the Simplex net is great. I always try to use different radios each time to kind of mix it up and see how a certain radio will work with a certain antenna. So you think you've got, let's say, four radios and four antennas. You've got 16 combinations. And then if you say, well, I'm going to try only five watts this week compared with, let's say, 50 watts the week before, you can kind of mix it up a bit. And then you can hear all the different. There are people you hear every week who are coming in really clear, which is really nice because if there is a, I don't know, some kind of disaster, you know those are the people you're going to be able to reach. So it's good practice. And another thing I try to do is go on battery power when I do the Simplex net. Not that it really matters, but it's just one other thing to do. Anyway, don't have any big plans for the weekend. Kind of nice is last week was there was a picnic. So there was a lot hanging over that weekend. And then next weekend is the ice cream social. So this one hopefully will be nice and quiet. Although there are the Blue Angels, so I don't know how quiet it's going to be. Anyway, KG 7 ODD back to net.
