the satellite. It was just interesting to wander around and see all the various stations set up and how they were setting up for battery or generators or whatever. Anyway, it's a good time. When I got home, I made maybe 12 or 15 contacts on my own. It was a very late back field day for me. Jan and I enjoyed the socializing more than the radioizing. Oh, there's a new word, radioizing. All right, we can add that one to the vocabulary. Anyway, hey, we had 57 miserably cold degrees here at the lake today. It says the sun is supposed to be out, but two more days of this and then starting Wednesday, we go into a streak where it's no rain in sight for the next two weeks. So it's going to be nice when the kids are here over the fourth of July.
