joke about smoking turkey and it plugging up my pipe. I used to have a little chief smoker that worked pretty good for small batches and I made a bigger plywood smoker that was 4x4x6 I think it was and it helped a lot more. But then I built a smokehouse in my backyard when I lived out in the Yukon. That was 24 feet tall 8x8x24 feet and I could put 50 king salmon all kinds of things into that smokehouse. I used to smoke moose meat, ducks and geese, all kinds of things. Even porcupine one time. Smoked porcupine is delicious. KL7FR.
