We tried out a lot of equipment. I found out that the generator I have makes so much noise it gets impractical to use while trying to run the radio. I also found out that if I take my 400 watt slower panels and run it through a 10 watt charge controller that it will burn up and it did. My thought was I just throw a tarp over the whole thing in our at least three of the panels out of the four and operate it. But it was so dim that it was working great and then all of a sudden the sun came out and the look down and the charge controller was burning up. That was that made from fun. But we stayed dry we had a canopy. Everything was set up nice.
