Part of it was a different antenna I had never used before, which was a vertical antenna with no need for a ground plane, which I'm going to do some research on that antenna and see if other people have had the same problems with it. But even Mark, who was doing FT-8 in three hours, he got two verifiable contacts on FT-8. So I don't know what the deal was, you know, we were like in this little spot where the world was moving around the outside of it, but it wasn't moving with it. But then around two o'clock I came home and got on and got seven more contacts. I got one while I was there, one in three hours, which is really unusual. But there's still a fun day.
