and I were sitting here on the deck laughing at your cat story. That was a great one. I loved that one and that sounds awesome. You had to know the rain off and on. So, Lauren, I actually drove back from Spokane today. That was pretty much our day. We've been here for probably about three hours and it rained quite a bit in Eastern Washington off and on the wave here and even up in the path a little bit. So, you know, quite a bit of rain just across all of Washington. Good thing. I mean, don't get me wrong. It's a good thing we need it but just kind of unusual and then we were in Spokane where also having off and on rain as well. So, yeah, just like I said, it's a good thing but I think, you know, some point summer will return. Alright, well, thanks Mike. Great to hear from you.
