Hey, good morning, Jim, up there in Frank's, and hello to the rest of the groups. All over, anyways. We started the day out with a little rain and fog. We still have overcast skies, but the rain is quit. The fog is mostly lifted, and we have 55 degrees here, calm winds. And it looks like it's going to be a nice day. We've got the gold rush festivities going on, and so we're going to do a few of those today. And just enjoy the day, I think. So, I don't have to mow the lawn. I was looking at a manual and I thought, he's going to bark. So, anyways, that's what we're going to do. I think it's retirement day. So, back to you, everybody.
