Years ago, when it became available for me, we paid $1,000 for 13 acres. And now it's worth multiples of that. And I have people bugging me all the time to sell it. And I said, no, I don't want to. I don't need the money and all that stuff. And I have, I brought in electricity in there, utility power. And I've got well and water and all that stuff on there. And also I've got my satellite dishes and two things. I've got lots of room. The property is about 1,200 feet wide by about 800 feet long. And so I have plenty of room and I'm developing an area at the top of it, which is on a plateau up there. So that's what I do and that's what I was up and doing yesterday on that stuff. And anyway, so working on my game cameras. So I basically, it's strictly a time of knowing when to do things at the right time. I was fresh for a while, making that payment of $100 a month. But finally got through there and was able to pay it off.
