Of course, I don't know how long ago that was. I thought of getting eight, what'd you say, eight acres for $8,000, 13 or something. Yeah. That sounds like a pretty good deal. And that must be a really good place to get. I think you should say it was up in the mountains or something, too. Seriously, that just sounds like a very good place to go for a retreat. You know, it's one of those things, too, where like my family did, they got that vacation place out in the country. And eventually, they just retired because they liked it better there than they did in the city. So I don't know. For me, I love it out there. But at the same time, there are things I like about the city. Yeah, I think I just need two places. This is where the thing with the city is. It's convenient. It's actually the fact that as you get older, well, medical care becomes more critical. And so, you know, and that because of aging follows. So basically, it's a, and also, secondly, is isolation away from your family. And I know that Hambo's up there in Oregon. And over on Coos Bay area over there, and he ended up having to finally leave there because he had isolated himself. He didn't have any family around him by supporting him. And so he ended up probably going down. He ended up having to live with his relatives down there. Because that was his closest relative, basically, was here and also down in Modesto. And so that's one of the disadvantages of isolation is not having support in case they say, you know.
