I've often thought about that. And in fact, when my family moved out to that small, rural little town where I grew up, they started out, yeah, with just a Haitian cottage out in the country where they could go out to a retreat and play in the creek and get away from the city and all that stuff. And I've often thought about that. And I guess the only reason I haven't talked to that nature is the property prices have just skyrocketed out while hearing everywhere else. And in fact, when I went back to my original hometown, which is not my hometown anymore, but when I went back out there about a decade ago, it was $20,000 an acre. And I guess it's considerably more than that now. So yeah, I don't know. I guess there's just no way to make that happen unless maybe I could just place out in the middle of the desert and maybe I could afford a place in the middle of the desert. How about that?
