I've only had the thing for less than a year and it stood up with all these cracks in the plastic right by the hinge. And it's just crazy. This company has had bad luck with the luggage this last year. All the luggage is recalled and I'm still going to have the two major side backs coming in. Those are recalled. They just haven't arrived yet. There's nothing wrong with them as far as I'm concerned, but they claim they'll pop open. But you just have to make sure they're snapped shut. You have to hear the little click when you close them and push them closed. Anyway, that's what I'm up to here. I'm going to talk to these people and see if they can get a key. The locking system on it was like a, I don't even know how you explain it, but you use the key that unlocks it and unlocks the one I'm turning in. The new one has to be adapted to my key.
