It wasn't painful, I just couldn't walk. It was so stiff. And when they took it apart, the doctor said to me that it was the hip of the month. He said there wasn't any just pointed pieces of calcium and arthritis pointing all different directions. And it's one of the easier ones to heal from. Just I have a cold thing. I've had a shoulder that I need nonsense and then runs cold water through it and keeps it swelling down. And I used to walk her a long time. I very rarely used the crutches because I was walking around the physical therapist. I had developed a bad gait because I couldn't move my leg very much. And so I had a house head at the time I could make a circuit through it and hold the walker out in front of me, stand up and stride out. And it really helped picking these long strides, walking around the house in the circles for half an hour to do.
