It wasn't painful, I just couldn't walk. It was so stiff. And when they took it apart, the doctor said to me, that it was the hit of the month. He said there wasn't any just pointed piece of calcium in arthritis when all the directions. And it's one of the easier ones to heal from. Just I have a cold thing. I've had a shoulder that I need on since then. The runs cold water through it and keeps it swelling down. And I used to walk for a long time. I very rarely used to the crutches because I was walking around the physical therapist. I had developed a bad gait because I couldn't move my leg very much. And so I had a house head at the time. I could make a circuit through it and hold the walk around in front of me. I had to put it straight out. And it really helped picking these long strides, walking around the house in the circles for half an hour.
