thunderstorm that develops over a body of water, an ocean, a lake, what have you, and it produces a tornado and that tornado, while that tornado is out over the water, it's technically on paper a water spell. We'll just say it's a supercellular water spell. Now more often than not, water spell are non-supercellular. They form from these towering cumulus clouds. That may or may not have rain coming out of them. They usually form before there's any thunder and lightning, although there can be thunder and lightning, but often that's not the case, and there'll be sort of long and skinny water spells, right? There'll be like spaghetti-ish sort of, and of course they can range inside, but they're fairly weak. They're EF-0-2 about EF-1 on the intensity scale, and again, they're typically, the formation process there is because you have low-level convergence of some sort.
