Now, supercell tornadoes are pretty easy to understand. The concept of what a supercell tornado is is pretty easy. So that's the main grouping of tornadoes that produce the bulk of the damage. But then you have all these other forms of tornadoes fall into other categories. So we have water spouts, land spouts, and generic non-supercell tornadoes. And this is where things get a little gray.
