my wrist and then this morning I woke up and it seemed a little bit better but I'm still struggling and I can't believe I would have given myself carpal tunnel wearing a brace that's supposed to prevent carpal tunnel and I don't think it is carpal tunnel because it's more on the side of my wrist so I'm sitting here talking to you and I'm icing my wrist as I do it so that was pretty much been my weekend and that show exciting huh back to you Jeanette well don't feel alone Kevin because I've actually had that problem to walk up with the same problem had to buy one of those yeah I hope you got the one that attaches to your thumb and goes around your wrist because that thumb is is the problem usually and but yeah I did the same thing so you're not the only person but it's good to have
