I did see, I am probably the only person on the planet that could in themselves while sleeping. When I sleep on my side and I tend to get little T-rex arms when I'm asleep on my side. I think I curled my wrist in a couple of weeks ago and I woke up the next day and my wrist was very sore. Ever since then I've been wearing one of those carpal tunnel braces on my wrist. It went away. It was gone the next day because I just stabilized it. But I kept wearing it every night for the last two weeks. Then two nights ago I must have done something where my wrist was just trying to go in a direction that that brace wouldn't let it. Yesterday I woke up and my hand was very sore.
