So this is definitely not legal advice, but I do have a Class 3 e-bike, and the last time I looked, and this is a little bit dated information, so take it for what it's worth, I saw that they had updated the rules that I think on a Class 3, you had to wear a helmet regardless of age, and I think that they were requiring to have your identification with you, even though it was a bike, so take that for what it's worth, but when I was looking into it, and then there was also a lot of regulations around Class 3s on surtrails, whereas the Class 1s were allowed probably more frequently, is what I've seen. Oh, well, let me make sure I have it. Thanks for your comments. I was aware that they were also trying to put limitations on young kids riding these things, but the idea of a helmet, that's not a bad idea. Thanks for your comments, W.A.6E.
