Well Dave wants to have some hot weather. He just should visit the Phoenix. If he wants to have that hot weather go out there. It's a bowl over there bowl soup. It'll be nice and hot for him out there. Yeah I don't know. I think for us we're in that mode here for weather and we get what we call the monsoon season. So it comes through wind whipping, moving a lot of stuff, rain comes down hard, washes out driveways. You know we need that soft rain but we never get it. It's always the monsoon season so we're definitely in and out. And we definitely like I said just had the weather come through Alexa that said that we were going to have some nasty weather so I just can't wait. It does pretty accurately because it's going to be a little bit more.
