Yeah, because it doesn't get rid of the bacteria. So the cooker that I use, which is a lot smaller, it's a little small, little barely fit the whole chicken if I chop it up, whole curbs. But it takes six hours of make stock on the stove top. It takes 40 minutes in the pressure cooker. Basically, if I slice the potatoes, they're all the same thickness rounds, it takes about three minutes for me to cook them in the pressure cooker. So I don't want to stand up to the tank stove for 25 or more minutes. What can I say? I'm lazy. But yeah, the new ones are much more safe.
