And we haven't been able, because of the way things go right now, we haven't had a garden for a couple of years, but we always do a group thing and preserve stuff when I was a kid, and there are certain things that you do not. You're not able to hot water bath candy reasons because of what we don't get into it, but acid and different stuff, so it doesn't matter. But certain things if you hot water bath canning, they can kill you.
