in the pressure cooker. Basically, if I slice the potatoes, they're all the same thickness rounds, it takes about three minutes for me to cook them in the pressure cooker. So, I don't wanna stand up the tank still, 25 or more minutes. What can I say, I'm lazy. But yeah, the new ones are much more safe. There's more expensive and fancier ones that I got. Some of the new ones they have instant pressure, or you can stuff it in the course, even with mine, it has locks. You can't open it well, it still dries and that kind of stuff. And much better seals than we used to have. So, yeah, it just depends on what you wanna do. Except to make large amounts of stuff and preserve it. And,
