a court canning jars at a time and we haven't been able because of the way things go right now we haven't had a garden for a couple years but you know we always you know grew thing and preserved stuff when I was a kid there are certain things that you do not you're not able to pot water bath can't because of well we don't get into it but acid and different stuff so it doesn't matter but you know certain things if you pot water bath can't they can kill you because it doesn't get rid of the all the bacteria so that the the cooker that I use which is a lot smaller it's a little small little barely fit the whole chicken if I chop it up whole curbs I mean but you know it takes six hours to make stock on the stovetop it takes 40 minutes
