I remember even as a child my parents got a pressure cooker and they all remember with an incredible kind of explosion sound in the kitchen. Well the wheat, I think with a screw up and they went on to there and started boiling it up. But I had a wheat in the middle which was pretty release pressure, gradually when I got to a certain kind of pressure. But I think it kind of built up and didn't release it at all until it once it moved it just kind of went straight up and I think it kind of blew a whole ceiling of our kitchen. So that made quite a noise and I don't remember my parents using the pressure cooker again after that. I've never used one after that. I was just a kid at the time there Dave. I'm sure they've kind of changed and designed in their rules. But I'm not even quite a lot of you mentioned the potatoes. I'm making quite a lot of what we call Jersey Royals over here.
