Yeah, well, I guess that'll be quiet in explanation. Yeah, well, he just doesn't want to pay the rent. You know, he's paying almost $2,000 a month just to live in, live in St. Huber. I mean, his rent is like good, and I told him that, what I think he should do. I mean, it's not a nice thing to do, but I would just stop paying rent, honestly. I mean, it's not, I probably wouldn't do it, but if he's really in a tight buy, I would suggest he just stop paying rent. He could live there for free. It takes almost a year to throw somebody out. We had a problem in the condo. It takes a year to get rid of somebody, so he could stay there, you know, for free. I mean, that would be the best move. I mean, he's probably going to be on a bad tenant list, but he's never coming back to Quebec.
