When we flush our toilet, it does not drop straight down into our black tank. It actually goes down and almost about a three foot piece, I guess, it slopes to the back and then it drops into the tank. We always try to have lots of water in the toilet when we do flush so that we get a good rust when it hits that tank and hopefully gets things moving. And I always keep, always, at least eight to ten gallons of water in the tank all the time so that we're never flushing the toilet into a dry tank. One thing that I have found is water, water, water and more water. And I never ever dump a partially filled tank. If I do need to dump so that we can travel, I fill the tank up.
