They put it out and then the people go harvest the coffee beans from the manure, poo, whatever you want to call it from the elephant and then they dry these coffee beans. It says that it is up to a thousand dollars, approximately thousand dollars a pound. That's some expensive coffee in the Kopa, the Wat Coffee, Dennis from Indonesia.
