Hey, real quick, back to your enchilada sauce. Do you use something commercial or do you make your own from scratch? How do you do that? And which is your favorite, the red or the green? Well, this is W7JS in returning. I use what is it, old El Paso? I don't make any of my own stuff. My wife has a few times, but I don't do that. But old El Paso sauce, and then I put my old green chilies in it, diced up onions, and now it turns out pretty good. And actually the recipe I use is actually on the back of the green chile enchilada sauce from old El Paso. That's the way we've always made it. The way I've always made it, the daughter used to make it.
